Do you ship internationally?

For now, we ship to United States, UK, European Union. We have distributors in many countries, and you can also buy from our distributors. Check our distribution network list.

Where do you ship from?

We have 3 warehouses in United States, UK, and Europe Poland. It is free of tax to ship to United States, UK, and most European countries.

How long will it take to get my order?

It takes 3-9 business days(excludes weekends and holidays) to deliver in United States, UK and European countries.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes or APO addresses?

No, we do not offer shipping to P.O. boxes or APO addresses currently.

Will I get a tracking number?

Once the order ships, an email with tracking information will be sent to you automatically. If you happened not receiving tracking information by email, please contact us and give us your order number for us to check for you.

How can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Once your order begins processing, we can no longer make changes or cancel it.

I purchased the MJJC products from a third party site or store, can you still help me?

We suggest you contact the site or store which you purchased from. But we are still happy to help.

What should I do if my order arrived damaged?

Please contact us to request assistance. Any item(s) that
arrives damaged will need to be reported within 10 days of delivery. We may
request pictures or videos to file a damage claim on your behalf. Example: a
picture of the box and damaged item(s).

What should I do if item(s) are missing from my order?

Please contact us to request assistance. Any item(s) that
are missing and need to be reported within 10 days of delivery. 

What should I do if I do not receive my order?

In the event you did not receive your order or if the
tracking information states 'delivered' and you have not received the order,
please contact us to request assistance. We may request the completion of an
declaration of facts statement to file a missing order claim on your behalf.

How much shampoo to use with a foam cannon?

Leaking adapter

The rubber O-ring must be broken. You can solve the
problem by replacing the rubber O-ring with a new one. The rubber O-ring size
is 15x2.4mm (outer diameter 15mm, thickness 2.4mm).

Foam cannon is not making thick foam.

1. Check the weighted ball and make sure it is not clogged.
2. Use another quality shampoo that contains no wax. Wax shampoo cannot make good foam. Shampoo and Water Ratio is 100ml shampoo with 900ml water in bottle.
3. If you are using a battery pressure washer, you can’t get good foam with it.
4. If your pressure washer is under 120Bar(1700psi) max pressure, you can replace the orifice with 1.1mm orifice to have thicker foam.

Pressure washer machine works on-and-off with foam cannon.

If your pressure washer’s max pressure is higher than 120Bar(1700psi),
do not use 1.1mm orifice, you need to use 1.25mm orifice.

If your pressure washer’s max pressure is higher than 180Bar,
you need to use 1.35mm.

Foam cannon cannot spray as far as before.

The filters inside are probably clogged with dirt or
chemical residuals. You are supposed to buy a new filter kit to replace the
clogged one.

To prevent filters being clogged with chemical residuals,
you are supposed to spray clean water for up to 30 seconds every time after washing
your vehicle.

Can I clean the clogged filters?

In most cases, the filters are clogged with not dirt, but
chemical residuals. And chemical residuals are not possible to clean out with
water.

So, buying a new filter is the better solution

Adapter is rotating with foam cannon, cannot be tightened.

You are supposed to tighten the adapter with your foam
cannon body and make sure the adapter is at the correct direction before attaching
the adapter to your trigger gun. If you still feel the adapter is not tighten enough, please use some ptfe tape on the foam cannon thread before screwing on the adapter.

The bottle can’t be tightened with foam cannon Pro cap.

Please contact our customer service, we will see if it is
necessary to replace the cap with a new one.
