Do you ship internationally?
For now, we ship to United States, UK, European Union. We have distributors in many countries, and you can also buy from our distributors. Check our distribution network list.

Where do you ship from?
We have warehouses in United States, UK, Europe Poland, and Turkey. It is free of tax to ship to United States, UK, Turkey, and most European countries. For some items and spare parts that we don't stock in your local warehouses, we will notify you after you place the order, you can decide to keep the order or cancel it.

How long will it take to get my order?
It takes 3-9 business days(excludes weekends and holidays) to deliver in United States, UK and European countries.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes or APO addresses?
No, we do not offer shipping to P.O. boxes or APO addresses currently.

Will I get a tracking number?
Once the order ships, an email with tracking information will be sent to you automatically. If you happened not receiving tracking information by email, please contact us and give us your order number for us to check for you.

How can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Once your order begins processing, we can no longer make changes or cancel it.
